My car is due for a service and I wouldn't mind attempting it coz ill be stuck where ever I take it for like 6 hours and cant be bothered...

What is usually done on a normal service that I can go out and buy and do myself????

If its only a minor service Steve, you can easily do that for yourself...

Get a 5ltr bottle of Motul oil (either 4100 or 8100 both are fine) and an oil filter (I think they're a Z145A from memory)... You will need a 14mm spanner to undo the drain plug and some rags.

Does it have a pod filter or standard air box?

If youre unsure of how to service it you can bring it to my place and I will be happy show you

I fitted a pod when i got it so it might need an oil clean too....if you've got any time this weekend to check out my std boost gauge then maybe you could show me a few things about servicing my car .....what beer do you drink??
