Just out of curiosity, why do you want to remove it?

If so, I think its a bit of a job as it is mounted to the engine block and you'd probley have to move afew bits of your piping and belts to get it off.

If your doing it to save weight, remove your airconditioner.

I wouldnt bother trying to take it off to paint or polish it.

You would have to take off too many things to make it worth doing

I probley just mask everything up and just spay paint it where it is. LOL!

You mean you wanna make it look like this? Its not that hard to remove. You will need to undo the 2x bolts that hold it to the bracket on the block/head. Once they are loose you will be able to take the belt off the power steering pulley. Then remove the feed hose from the reseviour, and the High pressure line/s. 2x if you have HICAS. It will drip a fair bit of powersteering fluid so do it over a catch tray and degrease after your done. Make sure you have some P/S fluid to fill it back up.

lol. not really worth the job imo.

its not that hard to removed but thats something that gets dirty real easy andjust a hassle to remove just to paint and put back in.
