Does Anyone Know This Car?

I am just trying to find out anything about the following R33 sedan as advertised on carsales. Just trying to find out if anything is wrong with it, if anyone knows the guy selling it, if anyone knows if it has mechanical problems that he's not telling me if you do know about it, etc.
