Car Makes A Rattle Sound When Accelerating To 40ks! Help

Hi, i get a rattling sound -I think its coming from my exhaust- at about 40k's.. when im revving it.....

when its on neutral it doesnt make the sound, only when im driving... i recently got my cat converter replaced so its not that, my muffler replaced (i thought it was that but it wasnt) so now i have no idea what it is and my mechanic doesnt know either.. any ideas? thanks

Exhaust loose somewhere and rattling/banging on something under the car?

Are you sure it's at about 40kms only and coming from the exhaust? If it's a loose exhaust it'd be more likely to be happening when you turn a corner I guess. Revving it wouldn't really matter if it's a loose exhaust.

By any chance does it sound like nails rattling in a milo tin (for example)? If it does then it could be a much more serious problem.

just get a louder exhaust, that'll solve all your sound problems

Is it at 40k's or when accelerating to 40k's? I've got a tiny part of my exhaust touching a support bar and it makes a rattle at low speeds only (or at least you can only hear it a low speeds)
