Popin' Noise From Exhaust

I hear a popin noise from the exhaust after revvin it hard. it comes after lifting the foot of the gas.

whats that sound? its not bad. it only pops ones and only if i rev at around 5000 or more.

doesn't sound like anything bad, i have that aswell and especially when i'm dropping gears down a steep hill, i was told it happens when the car is running rich????? dont know if this is true but if you listen around most skylines do it....

on one of the sydney cruises i was following DRDOOF and his car doesn't stop popping down steep hills, i think its a good sound lol

although thats assuming your car is backfireing for the same reason as ours....

small leak in the exhaust, most likely around the gaskets between joins.

Not a problem at all cos its only small leak..

Yea I have it too but I KNOW my car is running a tad rich, out of curiosity what mileage are you getting? I get ~300 been told to replace my O2 sensor, going to do it soon hopefully it will solve everything

i dont even know mileage i am getting. i have no idea how to know. lol

But i know that it finishes quick. lol
