(Update Look at Second Post)hey guys i just bought a turbo skyline i updated from my non turbo , now this guy has hooked up a boost controller but there is vacuum lines going everywhere and it doesnt even work! , My mate looked at it and said its all over the place . It looks like there is a hose under where the acuator is that goes to a factory looking Y Peice. Then one end goes into my boost controller then the other end into the intake plenum . But the other peice going out the Y peice goes into where my BOV plumbs back . Does anyone have DETAILED PICS coz i can't find shit on this website how to hook it up and Cant find anything on Forums

OK had another more detailed look. Starting from the beggining , There is a Thinker looking Vacuum Line coming from what looks like to be a bolted on Hose T That comes off the turbo Just before where it pushes air into the Intercooler Pipe Just behind the Actuator , Like just 10cm away from it . THEN that goes into a Strange Looking y Peice thingo thats gold metal. Then the Bendier part of the Y Joins to where the Actuator thingo is on the turbo and the other straight Y peice now goes up towards the airbox which my Boost T is on arrow pointed towards Actuator and the Other bit coming out T peice goes into the Intercooler Pipe .. Is this right i need help asap as im outside doin it now lol

you've totally lost me...

The stock setup (from factory) has the intercooler pipe coming out of the turbo, on that pipe there is a nipple which a vac line is connected. That line goes to the stock solinod, then 2nd line on the solinod goes to the turbos actuator. You will need to disconnect all of that.

Now, run a line from the nipple on the intercooler pipe to the boost controller then have the line coming from the boost controller to the turbos actuator. Theres shouldnt be hoses left right and centre., just two. Make sure you connect the lines in the right way, otherwise it wont work and you'll overboost. Also have a quality boost gauge to check what boost your running, the stock one wont do, its SHIT.

should be very easy

intercooler pipe---> boost controller ---> wastegate

everything else, block them up. follow them back to where they come from and block them as short as possible, keeps it tidy and also means you know they werent being used for anything else.

factory setup is complex because it plumbs back what it bleeds off

You can try and block it off with a screw for now, then get a proper plug tomorrow.

Block off that turbo outlet. Strange place to run a hose. That boost tee should be inline with your pipe then to the boost tee then to the actuator.
