You can try doing it hot??? sometimes helps. Wear welding gloves. More WD40, try cracking the seize by tightening it, if replacing it, then try tapping it on the nut part with a long screwdriver and a hammer [tap not bash].

Maybe spray some more on it and let it soak a bit.

Best way to get them out is to "shock" it.

But the spanner over it, and instead of trying to muscle it out, put some force on it and bang it with a rubber hammer, or your fist

Heard some good things about these guys they are really good reply quick and heard their shipping is quicker ordered it yesterday around 3am hopefully they sent me a dispatched message and got it when I woke up (around 10) most say they arrive within 1-2 days so will let you know if I get it tomorrow, they sell the dedicated socket for it buts it's around $35 found a place that sells it for ~$22 let me know if you want it

PS. when you register put SAU on the forum thing, it drops the price from $88 to $77 + S/H (mine was $10)

PPS. Next time you guys might want to look at the stickies THIS covers everything you need to know and it's where I got my information

Hey guys I just changed my 02 yea the thing is seriously a bitch to get off it's in tight when the one I replaced it with had some compound on the threads I'm assuming it's sealant so oxygen from outside the engine doesn't mess up the readings I bought the purpose made socket and trust me you'll need it however if your ever in my area your free to use it it's about $26 from East coast Auto spares they are great to deal with also DO NOT USE RATCHET it will most likely just slip ruining it
