Took it for a run on PRIVATE PROPERTY (cough cough) and it sounded great... none of those stalling issues either...

As mentioned in above post, you can drive it softly with no flutter and if you want it to flutter just give it some stick!!!! :)

All is good...

(now to take it off so that i can drive on the public roads again withought being defected by the boys in blue....)

Mine is the other way round. I got a HKS 2530 and a Greddy BOV plum back and has flutter at low revs and in med revs you get flutter then a little psshhh and when i give it stick i get alot of pshh and very very small flutter. I have an adaptor plate between the pipe and bov which i need to check to see if it's blocked or not. Sounds awsome but thinking of going back to stock just so it's one less thing the cops can pick on.

Yea, I know what you mean dude! It's one of the first things cops look for... And who's to say some cops won't b sitting in a shopping centre car park when you go to change gears...

All of a sudden you see, two red and blue flashing lights in your rear mirror and hear woop woop!!! :(

is it true that some people have been pulled over and asked to rev their car???

That's why I was trying to find a way of blocking it off making it look stock but also wanting some flutter when I give it a good bit of stick...!

:)

Chestnut, the spring rate in your BOV is what is causing the flutter on throttle release on low pressure and has the wssssh on throttle release after giving it plenty. I would highly doubt that you would have the BOV blocked off.

I am running the standard BOV in the sedan, and it flutters in gearchanges under load/high boost.

Only mods that i think contribute to this effect are the trust metal intake pipe, the standard BOV return pipe (which has been slightly modified to accomodate the metal intake), and the blitz pod filter. So it's a very standard looking set up. No coke can / blocking plate bizzo

Take you BOV off and you might just find it been blocked by a coke or JD can :P

well seeing as its another SAU;SA members old car, do you know something I don't Krish? LOL

I haven't seen anything like that though, have taken the crossover pipe off a few times now to replace plugs etc.
