It was quite hard to get them while I was living in Japan and now I've been back for some time and want to complete the ones I'm missing...

Every time I ring them I get an answering machine... ...I've even tried their emergency number and they don't answer that either... ...Even an e-mail...

I think I've tried about four times a day since last friday... ...Today was the only day I haven't tried...
