Fitness/body Building Forums?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone knew any forums for fitness/body building that are Australian based. I'm sure theres a few around just wanted to see if any guys from these forums reccomended anything?

Example, if you got a skyline sau the place to be so now im wondering whats the best forum out there for fitness/body building?

ns.com has a pretty good area (surprisingly) with people that are in/among it for many years now

There is alot of great info in the NS fitness thread check out anything writen by m&m, that guy knows his stuff when it comes to fitness/bodybuilding.

As above, M&M's articles are excellent, much better than some of the other fitness articles I've read online.
