Nissan Skyline R33 GTS-T Brand New Cold Air Box Cover which is designed to house Pod Filters.

This assists to reduce power loss caused by the sucking in of hot air from the turbo.

The box is made of ABS plastic, and features allen key bolts and nut inserts.

$50.00 each (6 available)

Some adjustments may be required when fitting, depending on your intercooler and setup.

Pictures are example pictures of an R33 Series 1 1993 Skyline with the Cold Air Box Cover fitted.

This is not the actual item you are bidding on; you are bidding on a BRAND NEW Plastic Cover never used

The example skyline is set up with a Hybrid front mount intercooler and APEXI pod filter.

The cover will definately fit the GTS-T without many adjustments as it did for me,

but I am not sure how well it suits with other models. (adjustments may be required)

You are welcome to view the item and pick up in south-east Melbourne, or postage at buyers expense.

You may call me on 0407 834 633. Thanks, Shane

I am not a powerseller or business...I originally purchased one of these for $130 and had a mate who owns a plastics business to mock up a dozen more so i could flog off on eBay. eBay was then flooded with a company trying to sell all ranges of these air boxes, including clear ones with neons and different cut outs for different models and set ups etc. I obviously couldn't match them and these have been sitting in my garage for 12 months and now wish to move them on. These are basically being sold for cost price! Get in quick!

Thanks for the pm's, my internet struggled last night at home so i'm getting back to everyone this morning from work.

Please note this is a housing cover, not a complete sealed box. I brought one with me this morning and took a snap of it. Here is the actual item brand new with the precut holes

Will z32 afm fit,not sure if there any dif to standard. :)

Sorry Humbla I'm not sure about any other set ups or models etc. It's probably best you ask your mechanic or someone who knows their stuff, sorry.

Heya mate, does this fit an R34 with factory intercooler piping location?

Sorry i would have no idea what an R34 engine bay looks like lol. I doubt it, but if your in Melbourne you are welcome to come have a look at the item and line it up with your setup etc.

SOLD OUT!

Thanks for all the pm's and quick money deposits. Three have been posted thismorning (pm's sent) and the rest i'm waiting to see payment Monday.

thanks again,

Shanus

ahh dammit

any chance of making anymore? also i have a 34. have owned a 33 before and piping and filter area looks to be the same. if you do happen to get more more then happy to be a test pig to see if it will fit a 34 as im sure alot of us 34 owners will be interested.

please keep us poste dif you do get more in

L.B. I have 1 left I kept for myself! If you wish to see how it will fit you can arrange a meet with me, im in south east melbourne.

As for the daily question i'm receiving, "Am I making more??" I may consider it for a group buy. They cost me $40 each to produce so $10 is barely worth my time and effort chasing them around and meeting everybody and posting etc etc, but not only that i have no funds atm or capital to get them made, thats why i rushed them all off so cheaply and quickly - im in mega debt!

Sorry fellas, but if you're really desperate you can try the company on ebay or you can contact me if you want to be the one to organise a group buy etc.

Cheers,

Shane

    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
    • Wasn't there a thread on this very subject just a few weeks ago?
    • Hi all! Looking to relocate the battery to the trunk of an R34 GTT. I want to do it using as many stock GTR components as I can (including the harness protectors from the 34 GTR that run underneath along the chassis to the engine bay). So far I’ve purchased the battery tray from a 33 GTR, as the captive weld nuts are already there just asking to be used. There is also the slight issue of now having to relocate the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU, which in GTT’s sits right above where the battery will then sit on the tray. Has anyone already achieved this, and if you have any pics that you wouldn’t mind sharing? It would be great to see how others have done it and where you put them, as there are countless holes in the parcel shelf panel to potentially use. Just trying to get some ideas bounced around, and to help uncover any potential problems I may encounter by  my choice of location. TIA for any help!
    • Brand was ard.   I also threw a brand new battery at it and beefed up the wire from the alternator to battery and added an extra earthing point from the battery
    • Evening all,       I'm replacing some bolts on my RB25 with probolt Australia bolts.       Does anyone know the following, m5 m6 etc 10mm 20mm etc       Coil cover   Cam covers   Plazamaman fuel rail   Front cover (timing cover)   Etc   Any help would be awesome   Or any lists anywhere
