R34 Aircon Backlight

Hi Guys,

I was in a R34 GT-T, and saw that the Aircon backlighting was Red instead of Green... when I asked the owner how it was done, I was told there are some small plastic covers on the lighting, and when removed, will make it red.

Is this the case? Has anyone done this before?

why don't you just ask him to do it for you? best bet is to ask 666DAN and prob a replacement bulb

you can get little globe covers from auto shops in green, blue & red, I've seen them at autobarn as an example...

I might do this as well... but it depends on the globe size and how accessible it is?

lol the condoms.. they work but they fade the light off.. i would use these as a last resort..

I heard when they are off, the colour is sort of amber... that all well and good... so condoms~ I'll check it out tonight.

Haven't done it yet~ been busy this week installing my exhaust.. I'll post pics up once I'm done Marco~ you can always ask R-Spec here on the forums as I saw the job done in his car... sexy~~
