I bought an s15 from over east it is registered in NSW so before I can register it in WA it has to go over the pits for an inspection. Only mods are a catback exhaust which i'm assuming will not be overly loud and coil over suspension which I've been told isn't very stiff. Should I expect to have problems when I go over the pits or will it be ok?

Cheers

Should be fine, They normally nit pick over stuff like, hand brake comes on too high, oil leaks, bubbly tint, Lights, indicators, washer squiters, windscreen wipers, horns and the like.

As long as all the necessary parts for your exhaust are there and in working order it should be fine, ie: cat, resonator, muffler ect.

My Holden Torana maxed out a DB reader that goes up to 145Db just by starting the engine, and it passed the pits just fine :)

only if you owned the car in the other state for 12 months under your name

+ no mods done

make sure you have a self arming immoboliser as that isnt a requirement over east

but in WA it is
