my CAS went bad, the shaft on it got seized. im told because i was running without an upper timing cover for too long. i replaced it and the car still doesnt start. i verified fuel pressure and injectors are working. verified spark, even changed out the plugs. tried starting without maf unplugged. tried everything and verified everything with both my stock ecu and my power fc. checked the timing belt and cam timing, still perfect. i cant figure out why my car wont start and need some help. need some input and some ideas on what to check... not sure what else there is. what sensors can cause an rb not to start? please help!

There is a locating / aligning key for the CAS in the end of the exhaust cam. It breaks. Therefore, it's possible to misalign the CAS. And if The CAS is misaligned, the engine won't start.

thank you for the reply! i think you're right and it is broken i dont know why i didnt think of that. so probablly have to keep trying til i get it? do u have any tips on how to align it properly with that broken?
