boostn0199
Hi, on my r33 S2 the front calliper brake line the metal s looking part broke and all the fluid went everywhere. i replaced it and the breke pedal has gone soft. Is this because i lost to much fluid from one line and i need to flush the system with new fluid? bnr#@
Yes, you lost fluid and let air into the system. You need to bleed the brakes properly now. I'm surprised it even stops after that, do it asap as its dangerous the way it is Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/241661-front-caliper-brake-line-broken/#findComment-4217332 Share on other sites

MrStabby
Did any fluid get onto the pads? If so you might need to replace them. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/241661-front-caliper-brake-line-broken/#findComment-4217530 Share on other sites

boostn0199
i have bled the system now and the pedal is reasonable but still not as hard as before the line was broken. Is there somewhere else where there still could be air left besides the four lines?
