R33 Weird Problem :s

hey guys

cannot find this covered yet its probarly that bizarre my r33 all the time now whenever it turn it on or when im idoling the car will just start to beep like an alarm is being set, and the hazard lights flick on and off, i kno your going to say go to auto elec which i plan too but short on cash at the moment so i thought maybe someone has seen this problem before, my idea is that it linked to the horn so for started where is the horn fuse as i do not read japanese so i cannot understand the cover, FYI, car used to have an aftermarket alarm on it but it was taken out, the wires were still there but ive just hidden them away and it cant be ground becuase they are tied up with electrical tape.....maybe someone has heard of this problem before?

any help would be great

I would check all those alarm wires first, there is a horn relay in the engine bay fuser box
