Absolutely ZERO benefit.

Unless you have maxed your current AFM, there is no need for a bigger one.

The only time you upgrade, is when you max the smaller one out.

Next logical step would be a Z32, then Q45

so i guess running stock internals i have a long way b4 i need a q45

doesn't matter about your engines internals, it matters about how much you turbo is flowing. a RB20 with stock turbo at 13psi hits around 70% - 80% on the AFM. with a R33 turbo pushing 13psi its in 80% - 90% range. well it was on my 32 anyway.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but my stock AFM is close to maxing, so I'm looking at a z32. I know I don't NEED a Q45 but they often sell for cheaper than Z32 because they are less popular. If I installed the Q45 would it have any issues or simply give me headroom for future mods?
