P Plates With Turbos

hey just wondering if anyone on there Ps has a turboed skyline? and wondering if they have ever got in trouble or what would be the fine if it did?....

just wondering cause i have a R33 GTS4 and thinking of turboing it... im on my Ps now and got them in January this year.... thanks for your help!
