Ccd (off On Off) Help!

Hi Team,

I just bought a '99 stage 2, Stagea 25XT Luxury pack.

Any way i think i have figured out what most of the buttons do thanks to a translated users guide from importdriver.com

BUT.....

There is one button i can't figure out what the heck it does!

Its a three way switch and says CCD above it. It is OFF-ON-OFF and switches horizontally. Its located on the dash just below the 4wd syncro mode button and the defogger button on the left of the stearing column.

It looks original but could also be aftermarket.

Anyone have any ideas what this switch does?

PS it doen't make any light on the dash go on or off.

Wouldnt have a rear parking camera would it? Or maybe has had one, thats the only sort of thing with CCD in it I can think of.

Otherwise maybe its the optional Canadian Club Dispenser which I wish my car came with.....

Does the car fire any missles or transform into a boat if you press it while moving? I love these "what this button do" topics!!!

Umm.

I have no idea it was a guess, just go and try a few things, but thatd be your best bet as CCD is a type of camera normally. It may let you turn it on while driving forward, or yeah, just an overide, give it a try!!

Yes it does have a reversing camera.
