Hey Guys and Gals

Just installed a Sard FPR this morning and set the fuel pressure at 38psi with the vacume hose disconected.

I know that the idle fuel pressure is 38psi but my question is:

Is that with the vacume hose connected or not?

It sits at around 30psi at idle with the vacume hose on and the car idles and drives fine, although i have given it a hard run cause I broke a hose clamp moving my piping out of the way.
