R32 - Wiring Up New Deck - Seen Some Queer Activitiesss

im in the process of getting new gauges n installing a new alpine deck.

now this is the first time i properly had a look at whats going on back behind the dash n i dont understand what is going on here (or what the previous owner has done)

In this photo:

#1) i got some empty cable case thingy with no cables in there... i also dont have anything hooked up to the in cabin temp sensor thingy (next photo) im assuming that's what im missing?

#2) i have a pair or cables coming from no where (not coming from loom, not coming from any common thing actually).. the cables are coloured blue and brown

#3) this is the one i cant figure out... theres only ONE cable connected from the decks loom, to this loom plug thing (wasnt connected to anything)... do i need it? is it for the stock deck?

1st image:

1: AC sample Tube

2-3 radio harness - choppped... 2 is the radio plug.

2nd image:

1: thermo sensor for A/C - without it the climate control thinks the inside temp is -60 deg c and will apply heat till it kills you. there is a matching plug for it on the dash.

2: AC sample vent.

any idea where the other half of the thermo sensor plug will be?

i had a decent look in there, n theres NOTHING that looks as if it will fit into the plug... i have a S1 rb25 if that makes any diff
