Humming Noise, Fuel Pump?

So i've noticed this humming noise coming from around the Rear quarter section of my 34, near the Fuel cap,

I am assuming its the fuel pump that is making the noise, but it doesnt do it all the time and im not sure why it does it.

It is an aftermarket one, a Walbro 255l/hr unit, fitted about a year ago or there abouts.

Can anyone shed some light?

its normal. Some fuel pump will buzz when it gets hotter.

ah ok, cool, is there any particular reason for it to make the noise?

yeah usually when it's been upgraded they bolt the thing straigh to the metal bracket... so when it vibrates on its bracket you hear the noise.. use some petro chemical resisitant rubber washers to mount the thing to make it quieter.
