I'm slowly finding time to work on my 32 and smooth out the issues with the RB25 install, but one problem I'm not sure how to solve. If someone could help it would be great.

1. The R34 gearbox (5 speed manual behind the RB25DET Neo) has a 'blanking plate' where the speedo drive should screw into. It also has a couple of extra electronic plugs, which leads me to think the R34 must have an electronic speedo drive and not a cable drive. Is this correct?

2. If this is so, what are my options for getting the R32 speedometer to display the correct speed. Can I pull of the blanking plate and use the 32 drive? Or is there a better/easier option? (I have searched the forum using a lot of different related search words but have not been able to find a post telling me what I need to know yet)

Any knowledgeable help is appreciated.
