Well its got to be cheaper than someone doing it themselves, otherwise the buyer will just do it themselves!

Things to note would be;

-Which oil pump

-Which water pump

-Has the block been bored to 86.5 or 87

-Head service

-Porting

-Stock pistons or aftermarket

-Is the crank r32 or r33. If r32 does it have the collar

Personaly i wouldnt pay a dollar over $3500 for a freshened stock motor as you can buy a stuffed one and have it working with forgies for around the same money, meaning at the end of the day you've spent your money but got a better motor :(
