I'm relatively new to the skyline seen; however I'm also most certain I have found the one I want.

The Ms has said it needs 4-Doors, so there go the GT-R's also I don't want to inherit too many problems with the car so R34's only and finally she can't drive a turbo, Dam New P Plate laws and cop-magnet car  !!! So what am I left with 25 GT, GT-X, GT-V or the GT. (let me know if I've missed anything out). I've found a R34 GT-V that has the same specs as the GT-T Less the Turbo. It's done about 75,000 K's and is a manual and is $15,000 (I think due to the lack of turbo I would offer him $12,000-$14,000). First dose the car look worth the $$$.

My second Question is for when She is off her P's in about a year or 2 what to do to up the performance, should I try and find the 2.6 L double overhead cam, electronically fuel-injected, Twin turbo... and drop one of those bad boys in and call it a day... or Get aftermarket turbo exhaust ect... or just use the stock Turbo ect from a RB25DET?

I'm not looking to spend a small fortune only like 3-8G total on performance mods but I'm also looking for Value... all I'm looking for is something a little better than a GT-T, a Falcon, and a Commodore. Something that's not boring, a little impressive but not crazy.

as much as i look at doing my car up i keep hitting the conclusion that its more economical in the long run to buy a car with close to the power that i want done the right way, i see a few cars here and there selling because people spend so much time and money in a car they get over it when close to done, i would suggest getting one of those,

    • Just something I found searching for more info on Emotion R, apparently the ECR33 Skyline GTS25t was either originally black, or there were two of them, the black one being the original demo car, then building a white one which was part of the 1997-onwards (to at least 2008!) Cockpit Tatebayashi Tokyo Auto Salon booth demo cars. It appears that Emotion R closed down in 2008 and was declared bankrupt in 2010: http://bank-db.com/hasan/208365. I used to love doing this 20 years ago on SAU and got a bit nostalgic for a moment... 😅
    • Try fabricating something like this and install it under the pedals? Not sure if it's legal or not....
