how to hold sub box?

how to keep it down if u just have the box? how to keep it from bouncing everywhere and moving about especiallly if u have hard suspension?

I just use an adjustable ratchet strap and secure it in the middle of the boot on the black "thingo"...(sorry if too technical), just behind the boot lining closest to the back seat.

Easily removed for going faster type of action!

if u dont wanna wreck metal, glue peices of mdf underneath ur floor, and bracket from there.

Just make sure the enclosure is secured extremely tightly as in accidents they become lethal.

I remember seeing some photos once from the States where the sub box had taken out the two front people. Not a pretty sight I tell you.

i dont' think no sub boxes will be going through the skyline ... .. but yeah death by sub box would be pretty sad way to end it ....

if the sub box went thru the back seat and flew thru the middle upper half of the front seats in a skyline.... then u must be driving at a pretty lethal speed..

You would be simply shocked at what a hundred kilo enclosure can do when you decelerate from 100kph to 0kph in under a tenth of a second.

I know I was.

This may be unlikely in the event of a Skyline given the geography of the car but I'm sure we all understand my point.

noted: sub box dangerous ... make sure not to decelerate from 150km -> 0 km in .2 seconds ... nah seriously i would be really interested in seeing that kinda stuff .... got any links??
