What is the progress with the bbq?

Can we get a firm meeting time, meeting place, and how much it will cost and who is to bring what for this BBQ?

Its just there are numerous threads going and I still dont have a clear idea on all the above.

Breakfast at 9 if u want, then sizzle all day im assuming.

There is no firm meetin time expect for us that have to setup.

Yep, breaky at 9, but wont be all day as they have put us in the car park, so it will be a case of head back out at lunch time for lunch. this is because the track is putting its own sausage sizzle on and dont want us encroaching:)

Pretty sure TIMMMAYYY and I have everything wrapped up at this stage, ie food, bbq and bits. I am just waiting on the final word from T-man. Looks like 30 people roughly who have said they will be attending.

I doubt I will make the Breaky as g/f wont want to get up that early , but will def be at the event ... its looking good!

I saw on the JMS list that someone is drifting a VN rofl.. anyone taking bids on how long it will last before something breaks?

Their is also a R32 GTR but its in the waiting list, lets hope someone pulls out so we can see it run , as well as a few R32's in their aswell.
