As far as I'm aware there's no provision in the forum software to allow us to override that setting for specific threads. Your best bet is to PM a mod with your changes unfortunately. If you have heaps of changes, a good way to do it might be to hit 'reply' to your own post, which will allow you to see the code that makes up your post, then edit that code and shoot the whole thing through to a mod, and ask to replace the old content with "this".
