Valet Key

Hi all,

The 35 arrived yesterday but only came with the one metallic key. None others came with is so cant use the alarm or central locking. Ive also noticed that i cant change any of the air coniditioning settings or even turn on th radio. Does this mean it is the valet key? From what ive read before the cars came with 1 valet key which only allows for certain things to work. Please help as i need to order a new key asap

mine don't have the valet key, only 2 remote keys, but one came in with the car, the other set came in through mail together with the vehicle's japanese manual books and service logs.

who r u importing with? ask the supplier if they have it or not or if it's been mailed separately.

the key is the least of your worry if you have that probelm. the AC controller is stuffed causing exactly what you have. that said if you only have one key and you need more then you are going to need the immobiliser codes before you do anything - read the FAQ about this.
