Getting The V35 Seats Retrimmed From Cloth To Leather

I got the shit spec of the V35 and it didnt come with the half leather seats, i was wondering if anyone has looked into getting all the seats retrimmed to leather will the side airbages be a problem ? Also does anyone in Brisbane know any high quaility auto trimmers that would be able to do it, and also roughly how much will this excercise cost me ?

Speak to Jeff at C-Red and his email is [email protected] as he might have some of the leather kits available, their are quality re-trim kits using leather that comes from the same manufacturer as Nissan.

mad i want to get a set

my drivers side is cracking whre the leather meets the plastic due to wear and tear. i want to keep some spare too incase for the future

Side Airbags, or any Airbag, should never be re-trimmed, save for a light coat of paint should be ok...

I looked at some V35s today which you can see on Ebay that had the seats redone in leather and they looked great except for the bolsters. This part looked like a typical re trim, very amateurish

I was told they can be done for about $2000 but that would I am sure be a dealers discount price.

Had a look at them on the ebay they look pretty decent, looks factory how come they've uploaded pictures of cloth interior and and leather interior are the interior shots of differnt cars or just before and after shots ?

i remember when i was looking at V35's 2 years ago that there was a dealer across the road from Powerplay Imports and he had 2 V35's which i checked out and both of them had full leather interior.

the seat trimming is just a cover.. has anyone priced getting the leather seat covers from a US-spec G35?

i know they will say "infiniti" on them but could be cheap and guaranteed to 100% fit and be factory

not sure how the cloth seats are arranged but as far as i know the leateher slides over the foam on the US-version G35's

i've occasionally seen leather covers for sale on ebay.com (US version)
