Hi mate, thanks for your enquiry.

As per the actual product image in the first post, no these are not Catco Race Cats, especially at this price.

FYI the Race Cats in 3" are rated at 706.2CFM and are a Metal Cat, not a High Flow Ceramic Cat like these ones.
