Yep 10 psi is enough to richen the crap out of the mixture, that works out to roughly 14.43 L/100km which is a bit on the high side but not unusual. A tune (ie a new ECU) will most likely help a fair bit, and will net you some more power too Or you could take it back down to stock boost again, which might help.
