hey guys...so my r33 has not run in ages... just sitting in the garage awaiting its tune... anyways.. i put all new silicon joins and heavy duty clamps. new injectors and took the blow of valve off... so i started her this morning no worries idle was a little lumpy but nothin to intense.. any way.. drove it this morning..bost just goes to zero and nothing...cant really hear spooling at all...no flutter... nothin !!!... it seems like a cooler join is off but i have gone around to each of them and found nothin... also.. i have blocked off all the vac lines to the BOV.... any ideas guys?? cheers

check that ur wastegate isnt stuk open if its and internal type. just pull the vaccum line off the actuator and see wat it does aswell. and ud hear if u had a major boost leak bcuz ud hear a massive rush of air and ur car would run like shit due to the amount of air ur afm is seeing pass through it and wat is actually making it to the engine wont comply with the injection duty that its givin hence it will be overfueling etc. and or u shit ur exhaust wheels lol

You took all the VAC lines off the BOV...

Did you block the BOV up?

If not, i wouldnt be surprised if its being blown open

Id check the piping/clamps again also.

If all you've changed is piping and BOV setup, then your likely to find its something to do with that.

Just because something 'looks' attached piping wise, doesnt mean its holding under pressure, and could be behind the sie that you can see etc

Lumpy idle is a sign of a leak to begin with.
