No you cant have turbos unless you are under the old laws of just the power to weight where some could legaly make it under the benchmark.. these new rules = no no. :(

And fyi this topic has been done to death

im on green P's and am on the older rules of it as i got my license in march 06 and have a r34 GTT, about 6 months ago i looked this up and was sure it said it had to b over 125kw per tonne AND 3.5 litres per tonne... and it said that if it was over one and not the other it may be driven.... but lookn at the vic roads site now it has changed from 6 months ago... i was gona print it coz it looked like a big loop hole and put it in my glove box, i did save it and send it 2 my mate but that was just copy pasting it. i havent had any cop trouble with my car but, n ive only got about 5 months left of being a p plater... u get ur license before july 07 mate?

Daz305 - its always been 125kw/tonne. Since the 1990's... Therefore GT-t is illegal.

You couldnt be more wrong im afraid as there is no such "and 3.5litre".

The website has not changed in years, there is no loop hole.

Its always clearly had "OR" on the website. There was no "AND" at all. I think you saw what you wanted to see, not what was actually there

Anyhow, topic has been done to death. VicRoads website contains all the information if you use its search function or navigate the menu's :(

I use it once a month or so and works a treat.
