Gain/responce Ebc's

quick question for anyone one in the know- wanting to know does changing (increasing) the gain/responce setting on my ebc do anything really like better acceleration or faster boosting ..i had it set on zero now its on 7.1 ?? thanks yall

It should bring the boost up to peak quicker, but if you overshoot it it will spike. It simply delays opening the 'gate till a later percentage of set peak boost. You should get a little more torque as boost comes on till it peaks. You might want to set it on the dyno to get this spot on.

to give you indication

before with manual boost tee boost was set to 12 psi. would hit 12 then drop all the way down to 10psi and hold at 10psi stable

after electronic boost controller (greddy profec spec b) and Toshi remap (boost limiter deleted) boost controller set to 12.5 psi and literally holding right on 12.5psi
