so i'm guesing this is gonna happen in the car park? how much track time each?

is this the same as a cams event so needed is a day's cam's license and gear would be required such as adr helmet long sleeve's and closed footwear ?

We're running it on the circuit, you dont need a cams or assa license to participate in any of our days, you also dont need a helmet, or any special mods to your car.

This is not a full on drift day, and is not suited to experienced drifters.

well if u block, by putting a chunk of wood or something there, the release lever so it'll always release the hand brake when ur foot's off it shud work.

Sorry mate , we cant have spectators.

not sure on booking but can you show up and pay on the day?

Sorry you cant show up on the day, if you'd like to come you'll need to book

CRAZY

i am in for sure without a doubt thou more info would be nice

bit worried about sandown those barriers arent exactly soft

will there be a driver in the car with us beginners as too teach?

anyone can go sideways but control and carrying a corner is a different bunch of potatoes

i will wait to see if my car will still be up for it closer to the day before i book but im there....

Does your car have to be registered? I just booked, but my car is not registered, plan on trailering it there. It's all safe and fine, but thought I better check! Maybe should've checked before booking, but I got carried away haha :)

It needs to be registered or in registerable condition

..er I'm a little confused here, does this mean you're coming or ur not coming ????

Yep, it's registerable condition, no problem. The only changes since it was last registered are just that the interior is stripped out, and it has a roll cage.

Cool :)

Kev

that means as long as my car comes out of the mechanics this week with no dramas after changing my turbo over ill be coming for sure.

i rang up today bout it all apparently they split the track up into 3 sections where its safe to "drift"

should be an awsome day there is only 10 spots left too so be quick i am penciled in for the day and i can pay for it in the near future....

:) haha must be cause i sweet talked the sexy voiced girl on the phone

    • I don't know....but I can't see how they would be. Different shape chassis and bumper means it is unlikely the reo is interchangeable. Doesn't mean it would be impossible to modify it to fit of course
    • They're supposed to not be compatible.
    • Evening fam, Pretty much what the title asks, I have looked all over and can’t find a proper answer expect one post from almost a decade ago which is vague. ive seen photos and they look pretty much identical, would an r33 GTR N1 reo work on an r32? reason I ask is they are cheaper to buy… $700 compared to 1k+ for an r32 n1 reo
    • Couldn't help myself, had to start putting it together.... It really is a solid bit of kit.  Probably stronger than i would have made it myself to be fair! 🤣🤣 Sweating like a pig after that.  Bloody hot and muggy day today, time for a swim now!
    • Yeah was thinking that. I've had the car go lower idle possibly around 650rpm every once in a long time after pouring fuel and would sound quite rough like a misfire, almost like it's shit fuel or something but who knows.
