respraying a front bar

i just want to know if its hard to get a front bar resprayed to a diff colour. the one im looking at is blue but i need it to be black.

isnt it just a matter of sanding down the old color and spraying the new one on...??? could be different not sure.... anyhows

Not 100% sure but.....old colour & clear coats will have 2 b sanded down....once thats done here comes the hard part......it depends on the material of the bar....eg if fibreglass they usually have a 'gelcoat' to seal the material before paint.....if this is damaged or if u were a bit keen on the sanding bit this might need to be re-done before the re-spray.

My 2 cents.......if unsure take it to a professional afterall it is ur pride & joy!!!
