Are you having your flywheel machined or just replaced cause that takes some time aswell.

I am having my clutch replaced (exedy heavy duty organic) and i have been quoted 4 hrs for the job including flywheel being machined.

i think from memory its a bit of tight fit getting the gearbox in and out on a 33... depending on the efficientness of your chosen mechanic, they should have the box out in an hour, 10 min to have old clutch out, 30 min to have new clutch in and lined up, and an hour to get the box back in...

twin plate clutch will have the flywheel so yours can get scrapped.. so you dont have to wait to get it machined

clutches are really a simple job, its just the big heavy gbox that slows it down.. exhaust off, driveshafts off, 8 bell housing bolts, gearbox crossmember, disconnect wiring, remove clutch.

cheers
