Air-con Motor Inside The Dash Clicking?

Hey everyone,

When I turn on the car into the accessory stage or whatever its called (before you turn the engine on), I can hear a clicking sort of sound coming from inside the centre of the dash. It keeps clicking randomly for about 10 seconds and then stops.

Would this be the air-con motor or something related with the air-con? It's coming from the centre of the dash, and seems to be behind the air-con controls.

Currently, the air-con only pumps out hot air all the time... so might be something to do with that clicking sound? I haven't had a chance yet to do that diagnostic sequence, but just wanted to know what the clicking sound is!

heating/cooling vent gear stripped inside dash..

remove dash, replace motor off wreck.
