I'm doing a conversion on my 32 putting an auto RB25DET with my RB20DET 5 speed behind it (until I can afford a 33 box) but I'm a bit confused about installing the spigot bearing as there does not appear to be one in there (I know autos don't usually but the guides on here have said they do) and the spigot I've got does not fit (import place threw in saying it's what I needed). Also, where I put the spigot on the RB20 looks different to the RB25. Have I just got the wrong sized spigot?

Any help is much appreciated.

Here's a reference pic from the RB20 and RB25:

Pretty sure there will a spigot bearing in the back of the RB25 crank (there was in the Stagea engine I installed in my 32 GTS4). You need to remove it and the RB20 spigot should then fit.

I had a closer inspection last night and there is another bearing in front from the auto that I need to remove before taking the spigot out (Shaun at boostworx confirmed this) so looks like I'll be tackling these on the weekend.
