Any Good Mechanics Around The Keysborough Area For My R33?

first of all, thanks to all those helped me with my enquiry previously. I ended up getting the manual '96 R33 GTS-t. I got it checked out by stateroads and it came with a pretty decent report. However, due to insurance purposes, i have to change the aftermarket front mount intercooler to the stock intercooler. The only other modification i have is a pod filter and a muffler. Since the car is fairly stock, would changing to the stock intercooler drop the performance a alot? Also, i was planning on getting it done at ReCustoms in keysborough, but does anyone know of other mechanics around the area that are good with skylines?
