I've just come across this month's MOTOR and on page 120 4 page spread on 32 GTR wow!

I thought it was very positive and objective write up on a legend car and also good insight if you looking to buy one.

I love the "Good" part where they say that 32 gtr offers top bang for your buck and excellent investment potential which I've been sayin for a long time.

Infact I'm looking for another clean stocker (harder to find now ) to clean up and put away for few years.

I love it :ninja:

Sweet! Might pop in at newsagent today! I've actually got the wheels mag from 89 in dads garage with the 32 on cover, signed by jim Richards!

That would be April '89 issue with red gtr on the cover. let me know if you keen to sell it ?

I've been shoping on ebay for one but non available!?

Also Motor was reviewing one in August '89 but same non available?

Your lucky busterd.

Dave :):woot:

a word commonly used by people who are selling one

well, they kinda are- if you happen to own a mint V-spec II R32, you will be able to get big moneh for it in J-land in years to come, or one of the super-duper rare Nismo R-tune editions

but all the rest... nah

I'll have to disagree with you on that one. I'm saying in 10-15 years from now super clean non moded rusted or dented stock 32 gtr will pull more then double then you will pay for one today that's if you can find one.

Of course clean v-spec or nismo will demand more and not to mention aussie delivered one, but in proportion plain gtr will go up as well just like replica ford gt cost anywhere between 40-80k restored? compare to stupidly high $ for HOGT and so on.

Hey I could dreaming but time will tell and given the aura that this car have plus when 35 gtr comes along there will be more demand due to the media exposure.

So people will think 35 gtr is to far for me but I can afford 32 and still have fun.

Dave :)

1) Can I assume that all you R32 GTR afficionados own the 1991 + 1992 DVDs of Bathurst 1000 Highlights

ie 2Hrs + 2Hrs =....... Hmmmm I'm not going to show my ignorance or expose my double digit IQ!

Anyway, it's a 2006 double DVD distributed by Chevron and Channel 7 Sport and sold through JB Hi Fi or EZYDVD

Great Christmas present to yourself if you don't have it.

2) I also have a pic of the July 1989 Wheels Poster of the announcement of the new GT-R where the Poster says,

SKYLINE

SUPERCAR!

Nissan's New Godzilla On Wheels Aims To Slay the Sierra. And It's Here Soon.

If anyone wants it, I can E-mail it to you. Tez

3) The Trading Post is currently advertising 1 of the original 100 R32 GT-Rs for sale in WA for $55K. I just thought it was interesting!

If I remember correctly, the car had done <80,000Km

I also have few stickers "tooheys 1000" the great race and one is on my front windscreen!?

I'll go and search for that gtr.

Dave :O

Stickers!

Mags!

Posters!

Sure, I'll sign them for ya! Now what name would you like on them ???

hehe

lol @ face palm!

Either way, I somehow can't see it making me rich anytime soon.

You have to believe and think in perspective. I'll never forget my neighbour buying XYGT in 96 or 97 for less then 20k, how much can he get now?

As well me selling my 74 HZGTS for 6k in 93 hmmm ???

I think you should put your N1 away and buy another one to use, the reason I predict people will pay around 80 to 110k by the year 2020 for the mint low k's non modified N1 gtr with supporting paperwork and number match. :)

I also think that some people on this very forum have some clean and rare gtr's tucked away as long term investment!? :P
