They havent been legal in NSW for many years now.

They used to be legal in WA, donno if they still are.

I think Ive still got my old uniden out the back somewhere. (It saved me heaps of times)

someone mentioned they were still legal in WA. definitely illeal in NSW and VIC and i think QLD is somewhere in between (someone said illegal to sell but legal to have? i don't know).
