As many people have mentioned, its really only the cars and fashion that have changed significantly. All of the temples/shrines/asakusa stalls are pretty much still the same. Japan were the leaders in lighting and all things that blinked/flashed back then too!

Hi Beau, perhaps we can see how some progress has been made through man's intervention. I'll appreciate more feedback about any differences. :rolleyes:
