hey guys,

just wired up my safc2 into my 32, all good, no dramas with its operation, except it holds the displays at peak value.. not real time.. and i cant find out how to change it so its showing what its doing, not what i did 5 min ago.

eg.. cruising down the street doing 50 in 3rd, bout 2000rpm or so.... and it just tells me that 2 min ago i was doing 6000rpm..

anyone know how to change this??

and while we're at it, just to make sure, the afm signal is meant to be set at 1-1 for an rb20 yeh?? what about for a z32 afm?? and also.. with the books i got with my first safc2 ages ago.... its got a pre made fuel map for an r33 rb25det... showing original afr and the the tuned one, its quite detailed showing each step and for low and hi throttle aswell as everything else, obviously its in japanese, and i cant find the same thing on the apexi usa site.. anyone know if this map is for a standard car or what mods its for?? and if it would be ok to tune the rb20 to similar values?? considering the safc isnt the greatest and the rb25 is only a smidgen bigger with a bigger turbo.

will be getting a wide band o2 sensor for future on-road tuning, as its my daily and would be good to be able to monitor and adjust things on the go, depending on weather, fuel type, future mods etc.

cheers

Linton

you have pushed either up or down on the toggle switch while in the display screen (i cant remember which direction does it). to put it back to normal push up or down while in the display screen, one of the ways should work.

yes. 1 in and 1 out for sensor calc. even for Z32 afms. its just the Sensor type that is different, for standard R32 GTST its HW 4 & 4. for a R32 with a Z32 afm its HW 2 & 4
