Sounds like poor business planning. Either they did something extremely bad which required serious remuneration which sent them into the red, or they didnt do their research on exactly how much business there was in the area and invested far too aggressively. Either way its sad to see a business like that have to shut down. I have all sympathy for the owner

There isnt that market in Newcastle & they are way way wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy over priced. Most people here go to sydney.

not enough money in newcastle....simple....thats why i would never invest the capital in setting up a workshop here to a standard id be happy with. I cannot even generate interest when i get the best GTR tuner in the country tuning cars here at a rate far below what he normally charges in his own workshop.
