Has anyone got through with full turbo back exhaust? People telling me I won't pass, but surely its not that loud? Never been picked up on it before. Even the cop that defected me was riding behind me for 5 or so minutes

If you had of showed up wednesday i could of measured your car as i had the sound metre in the car

Girlfriend had food poisoning from a nice little place down at Henley, no way was I driving her up to Mawson Lakes.

Is there any workshops that can test for you?

Just put a baffle plate in and walla the zorst will be quiet as

once you pass regency take the baffle plate off and your back to normal

what doesnt seem loud to us will be loud to the DB meter at regency mate

trust me and they will pin you even if your 1db over

so not worth the risk imho mate

good luck with it all

PS i have a r33 cat with baffle plate if you need it mate

I'm running a decat atm, so that will definatly have to go. Might have to borrow that cat Krishy. I'll let you know :P

Yep mate i have pm'ed you my mobile number

so just let me know when

So, what's the legalities surrounding battery relocation's?

My current battery is finished and will be investing in a dry cell/gel battery in the near future.

I'm aware that gel/dry cell batteries won't need a vent or anything when they're in the boot, but does this sort of modification need engineering to pass Regency?

The battery would be secured in the boot inside a sealed battery box with a kill-switch.

I think that if you do relocate the battery daniel

then you have to get it inspected

but us 33 owners no such problems

and i dont see why you wont pass that mate

specially if you have a kill switch for it

give sturt cop shop a call and find out mate
