lol I will say Search for rb24

I have just finished building one myself.

The rods and crank fit, but you need custom pistons and re bore the block to 82 or 83mm depending on the pistons you choose mine went from 1998cc to 2438cc

26 pistons will never fit a 20 block there is just no point in even stroking a 2L the head ports are not going to flow very well, its like putting a 20 head on a 25 block basically.

better off spending the same money on a 25 and you will end up with more power and a better flowing head and even iv read that it is possible to put 26 crank rods and pistons in a 25 block

cos even if u did get custom pistons thats big money right there, then u need to either hone or rebore, then you need new brg shells all round, different clutch and flywheel, then either a 25 or 26 gearbox, then larger injectors, then engine management, and you still be held back by a shit head.

$300 each? where id u get that from? you dont want to use 4age Pistons, you want to use 4agze pistons as they have ceramic top, 4age pistons wont last long in boosted applications.. i really really hope your not running 4age pistons, even in the 1.6 application they are not advised above 8psi let alone 2.6L of heat and pressure of at least 14psi. 4agze pistons can handle up to 30psi with nos and only then do they start to pose issues

pistons from toyota in australia inc rings pistons and pins are very roughly $150 each retail, ex Toyota - Wellington NZ they are a bit cheaper..

Yeah please search

RB21/RB23/RB24 - its all been covered, parts, what fits/doesnt what options are there etc etc.

End of the day IMO its not worth it because to get the head to flow costs more than a RB25
