Change R34gtt At Gearbox To V35 At Gearbox

Hi All,

I am driving a R34 GTT AT, I am planing to modific and up grade my Transmission,

Is it possible to change the R34GTT AT Gearbox to the new v35 AT Gearbox? are the V35 Gearbox fit the R34 GTT? Also can anyone tell me how much would that cost? Thanks
