Anyone Looking To Get An Engine Built?

so, i was thinking the 200's a little well, slow. so i started browsing the net to see who i could hire to make it less slow.

and i came across this. sure theyre in spain, but i figure itll be well worth the expense involved to have my 200 built by such genius engine builders.

what do you guys think?

im assuming they pre drilled those holes 2 mm deep, and then ran the bench grinder over it until the holes were gone so they knew they had decked enough off.
